Website purchases will be posted free of charge within the UK only. Whilst every effort will be made to insure your items arrive undamaged, CJ Artist cannot be responsible for any breakages that occur in transit.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product for another one providing it is returned in perfect condition within 30-days from the date you purchased it.
Glass Experience Days may be cancelled up to two weeks prior to the event for a full refund.
